摘要
铁岭柴河水库15MW渔光、农光互补光伏发电项目是将光伏阵列与鱼塘、农业大棚、养殖场相结合,形成“上可发电,下可养鱼、种植”的发电新模式,充分发挥各项经济效益。设计时充分考虑项目区的气候和地形特点,尽量控制水土流失,避免大开大挖。水土保持措施结合施工特点和工程性质合理布设,形成工程措施和生物措施有机结合,点、线、面治理有机结合的综合防治体系。
15MW fish-light and agriculture-light complementary photovoltaic power generation project of Tieling Chaihe Reservoir refers that photovoltaic arrays are combined with fish ponds,agricultural greenhouses and livestock farms to form a new power generation mode of“upper power generation,lower fish farming and planting”,thereby giving full play to various economic benefits.The climate and topography characteristics of the project area are fully considered in the design to control soil erosion and avoid large excavation as far as possible.Soil and water conservation measures should be rationally arranged in combination with construction characteristics and engineering properties to form a comprehensive control system of organic combination of engineering measures and biological measures with organic combination of point,line and surface control.
