大数据背景下社区养老服务体系的协同构建研究 被引量:18

摘要 目前我国已进入人口老龄化时期,社区养老服务体系是具有时代意义和实践价值的重要养老模式,值得大力推广完善。大数据的应用是未来社区养老服务发展的重要支撑,在提升养老服务科技含量的同时彻底变革管理模式,能够有效提高养老服务的效率和质量。基于大数据背景,首先介绍我国社区养老服务的现状和问题,之后阐述大数据为社区养老服务带来的机遇,在此背景下构建起大数据支持的社区养老服务体系框架,并对体系框架的内容构成、运行机制和主要功能进行分析探讨,最后提出推进大数据背景下社区养老服务体系构建的建议,为大数据时代解决现实中的社区养老问题提供参考。 At present, China has entered an aging population, and the community pension service system is an important pension model with great significance and practical value, which is worth promoting and improving. The application of big data is an important support for the development of community pension services in the future. It can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of pension services by improving the technological content of pension services and thoroughly changing the management mode.So research based on the background of big data, first introduces the present situation and problems of community endowment service in our country, after the opportunities brought about by the big data for the community endowment services, under the background of this build up big data to support the community endowment service system framework, the content of the composition, operation mechanism and the system framework and analysis,this paper discusses the main function, finally put forward to promote community endowment service system construction under the background of big data suggest, in order to solve the real big data era community endowment problem to provide the reference.
