无干涉准直桩结构防水防干涉隔离施工技术

摘要 项目创新性地研发了新型深井结构防水、防干涉隔离技术。井底设置钢片的钢套筒,使准直桩和周围土层隔离;准直桩和钢套筒间综合应用聚合物防水砂浆、遇水膨胀止水条等多种防水材料,保证两者间的防水性能。准直桩顶预埋件采用分步安装工艺,先固定锚筋,浇筑混凝土至预埋件底下150 mm处,再安装预埋件,最后注浆至预埋件底,实现了预埋件的高精度预埋。技术对结构防水防辐射处理及位置精度要求高的设备安装具有积极的借鉴意义。 The project has innovatively developed a new type of deep well structure waterproof and anti-interference isolation technology.A steel sheet steel sleeve is installed at the bottom of the well to isolate the collimated pile from the surrounding soil layer;a variety of waterproof materials such as polymer waterproof mortar and water-swelling water-proof strip are integrated between the collimated pile and the steel sleeve to ensure both waterproof performance.The embedded part at the top of the collimated pile adopts a step-by-step installation process.The anchor bars are fixed first,the concrete is poured to 150 mm below the embedded part,then the embedded part is installed,and finally the grouting is performed to the bottom of the embedded part to achieve the height of the embedded part.Embedded precision.The technology has positive reference significance for structural waterproofing and radiation protection treatment and equipment installation with high requirements for location accuracy.
