淘汰"水课"、打造"金课",是高校全面落实全国教育大会和高校本科教育工作会议精神,深化教育教学改革,提升教学质量的重要抓手,也是新时代中国高等教育走内涵式发展道路的迫切需要。新时代高校"金课"建设是一项牵涉面广、工作量大、复杂且艰巨的系统工程,高校需做好政策保证、人才保障、配套设施支撑及生态体系保障等多种措施,才能取得一定实效。

Eliminating the "water course" and creating the "golden course" is an important starting point for the university to fully implement the spirit of the National Education Conference and the undergraduate education work conference,deepen the reform of education and teaching,and improve the quality of teaching.It is also theconnotation of China’s higher education in the new era.The urgent need for a development path.In the new era,the construction of "golden class" in colleges and universities is a systematic project involving a wide range of tasks,large workload,complicated and arduous.Colleges and universities need to do a variety of measures such as policy guarantee,talent guarantee,supporting facilities support and ecosystem guarantee,in order to acquire certain effect.
