摘要
鉴于新型无人作战装备迅猛发展,我军无人机飞控手严重短缺,如何系统、高效地培养一批高素质无人机专业从业人员,弥补无人机相关人才缺口,就成为关键问题。着眼于理论授课与实战演练相结合,旨在协调提升学员在新形势下、多兵种联合作战要求下面对复杂战况和庞杂信息的综合能力,在日常授课中增添培养复杂险峻环境中飞控手的心理控制能力,从而全方位立体化加强学员的技术能力与非技术能力。
In view of the rapid development of new unmanned combat equipment,there is a serious shortage of UAV flight controllers inour army.How to systematically and efficiently train a group of high-quality UAV professionals to fill the gap of UAV-related personnel has become a key issue.In this work,we focus on the combination oftheoretical teaching and actual combat drilling,aiming at coordina-ting and improving the comprehensive ability of trainees to complex combat situations and complex information under the new situation and the requirements of multi-service joint operations.In daily tea-ching,the psychological control ability of flight controllers in complex and dangerous environments are added to enhance the students’ technical and non-technical abilities in an all-round and three-dimen-sional way.
