全科定向免费医学生职业认同感构建——以牡丹江医学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 从2010年开始,牡丹江医学院开始招收全科定向免费医学生,已经招生八届。从以往培养情况来看,全科定向免费医学生普遍存在学习动力不足、学习目标不明确、职业认知片面、基层服务意识不强、对前途迷茫失望等问题。应充分发挥思想政治教育的引导和激励作用,帮助全科定向免费医学生树立正确的职业观念,提升其职业认同感,帮助国家培养既有扎实的医学知识,又能扎根基层,有高尚职业道德的适应社会发展的全方位应用型人才。 From 2010,Mudanjiang Medical University began torecruit general medical students for free,and has enrolled eighttimes.From previous training,there are many problems in generalmedical students,such as lack of motivation,unclear learning objectives,one-sided professional cognition,weak sense of serviceat the grassroots level,and confusion and disappointment in thefuture.The author thinks,we should give full play to the guiding andstimulating role of ideological and political education,help general directional free medical students set up correct professional concepts,enhance their professional identity,and help the country train all-round application-oriented talents with solid medical knowledge,rooted in the grass-roots level,and noble professional ethics to adaptto the development.
