The undergraduates’ delayed employment is more and more popular by the new times keep going on.The society changes fast and the industrial economy upgrades.It analyzes the different types of delayed employment and finds a way to eliminate the negative effect of delayed employment.It finds a way to promote the undergraduates’ occupational competence to help them obtain employment.
