跑步机与地面重复短跑训练对青年女子足球运动员短跑时间和高强度跑步能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本研究的目的在于检验场地训练(GBT)和跑台训练(TT)对反复冲刺跑训练后在速度和高强度跑动中的差异,该训练计划为每周两次。目前还没有研究比较了青年运动员在普通场地训练和跑台训练对反复冲刺训练的影响。本文通过实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对GBT和TT训练对青年女子运动员的反复冲刺能力和高强度跑动能力进行研究,研究结果显示,TT训练法能够改善青年女子足球运动员在赛前准备期的反复冲刺能力和高强度跑动能力。本研究的启示是,不仅可以通过一般的场地冲刺训练提高运动员的反复冲刺能力,同时在健身房里同样可以进行高强度跑动训练。 The purpose of this study is to test the difference between GBT and TT in speed and high intensity running after repeated sprint training.The training plan is a week,twice a week.At present,there is no study comparing the influence of young athletes’ training in common field and treadmill on repeated sprint training.This paper studies the repetitive sprint ability and high-intensity running ability of young women football players in GBT and TT training by means of experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The results show that TT training method can improve the repetitive sprint ability and high-intensity running ability of young women football players in the pre-match preparation period.The enlightenment of this study is that not only can athletes’ repetitive sprint ability be improved through general sprint training,but also high-intensity running training can be carried out in the gym.
