东北三省空军青少年航空学校学生医学选拔眼科淘汰异常谱分析

Abnormal spectrum of ophthalmic elimination in medical selection of teenager aviation school students in Northeast China

目的探讨东北三省2015-2018年空军青少年航空学校学生医学选拔定选眼科淘汰异常谱及年度间差异,为今后更加合理制定初选眼科流程,如何指导学生合理用眼提供依据。方法通过空军招飞医学选拔定选系统导出2015-2018年度全部医学选拔定选数据,对不合格异常项目进行分类整理,并对年度淘汰率之间的差异进行进行统计分析。结果各年度淘汰率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),淘汰异常项目主要集中在远视力不足(44.33%)和屈光超标(20.66%)。结论空军青少年航校初选结束后要加强对学生及家长的宣传教育,保护好视力,并增加一些必要的初选眼科检测项目。

Objective To explore the abnormal spectra and annual differences in ophthalmic medical selection of students from two teenager aviation schools in Northeast China so as to provide data for formulating better primary ophthalmology processes and giving students guidance on how to use their eyes properly in the future.Methods All the medical selection data from 2015 to 2018 was retrieved from the Air Force Medical Selection System.The causes of disqualification and abnormalities were sorted out,and the differences between the annual elimination rates were analyzed.Results The difference of annual elimination rates was statistically signi?cant(P<0.01).The cases of elimination were mostly related to distant vision de?ciency(44.33%)and refractive exceedance(20.66%).Conclusion Students and parents should be reminded of the importance of visual protection after the primary selection.Some ophthalmic examination items should be added to primary selection.
