摘要
目的回顾性调查分析飞行人员血糖的总体情况及不同年龄段之间、不同飞行机种之间该群体的血糖水平,为预防和控制飞行人员新患糖尿病的风险提供依据。方法将695名飞行人员按照每10岁为一个年龄跨度分成4组,对各组空腹血糖水平及其空腹血糖升高的百分率进行比较;按照不同飞行机种分成4组,对各组空腹血糖水平进行比较。结果695名飞行人员整体血糖指标平均水平为(5.61±0.38)mmol/L,血糖升高33例,检出率为4.75%;39岁以下组与40岁以上组空腹血糖水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组间空腹血糖升高的百分率差异均存在统计学意义(χ^2=21.79,P<0.001);不同飞行机种飞行人员空腹血糖指标组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论有必要对飞行人员加强空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等相关项目定时定期进行检测,针对不同年龄段的飞行人员加强血糖控制防治方法和健康宣教,以期降低罹患糖尿病的风险。
Objective To retrospectively investigate the overall levels of blood glucose in aircrew and the blood glucose level in different age groups so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of the risk of diabetes in aircrew.Methods A total of 695 aircrews were divided into four groups according to the age span of 10 years.The levels of fasting blood glucose and the percentage of increased fasting blood glucose in each group were compared.According to flight types,these aircrews were divided into another 4 groups,and the fasting blood glucose levels of each group were compared.Results The average level of blood glucose in these 695 aircrews was(5.61±0.38)mmol/L,and 33 cases of hyperglycemia were detected,so the detection rate was 4.75%.There was significant difference in the level of fasting blood glucose between the group under 39 years old and the group over 40 years old(P<0.05).There was also significant difference in the percentage of increased fasting blood glucose between these groups(χ^2=21.79,P<0.001),but there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose between aircrews of different flight types(P>0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to regularly test the related items of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in aircrew,and to improve the methods of blood glucose control and health education for aircrew of different age in order to reduce the risk of diabetes.
