摘要
高校学生评教制度设计存在诸多强制学生参与的规定,主要表现为时空管制、行政管制、限制学生教学事务的关联管制。强制学生参与评教存在合理的制度逻辑,但也是学生评教制度运行现实纠结下的无奈之举。学生评教是促进教师教学发展和学生学习的制度安排,理应实现教师、学生和教学管理方对教学质量的共同治理。高校需实现学生评教多元主体的共同治理;构建信息共享机制,使学生评教信息在多元主体之间实现共享并尽量对称分布;构建持续改进、过程性评教和跟踪反馈机制,建立学生评教和教师教学评价分析报告制度,为教师教学改进提供科学依据和制度保障。
The regulations of students′compulsory participation in Student Evaluation of Teaching(SET)in Higher Education Institutes(HEI)lie in its system design,such as the limitations of SET time and place,administrative enforcement,and restricting students′teaching affairs with SET.Students′compulsory participation in SET which is also a kind of helpless action in HEI has some reasonable system logics from legal relations of public sectors perspective.SET is something of teaching quality co-governance among teachers,students and teaching administrators,and an important system arrangement which contributes to promoting professional teaching development and students′learning.HEI should realize co-governance among multiple subjects in SET,establish information sharing,continuous improvement,process evaluation and tracking feedback mechanisms,and build teachers′SET and teaching evaluation analysis reporting system,in order to offer some scientific basis and institution assurance for teaching improvement.
