摘要
稀土钢炼铁厂7^#、8^#高炉的喷煤系统采取三罐并列、单管路加三分配器,出料采用旋转给料机的直接喷吹模式。自2014年投产以来,先后遇到了小煤量无法喷吹、喷吹罐加压组件连续破损,清理过滤器篦子过程中堵塞喷枪、两座高炉无法实现互补等问题,通过对喷吹自动化系统的改进,对设备磨损进行优化攻关,逐步改进完善。
The coal injection system of 7^#and 8^#blast furnaces in Rare Earth Steel Iron-making Plant is with three coal injecting tanks,single pipeline and three distributors as well as the discharging is with the direct injection mode of rotary feeder.Since it was put into operation in 2014,there have been such problems as the failure of injection because of small amount of coal,the continuous damages of pressurizing group of coal injecting tank,the blockage of spray gun in the process of cleaning filter grate and the failure of complementation of two blast furnaces.They are gradually improved through improving the automatic coal injection system and optimizing the equipment wear.
