金属氢化物-镍电池一致性挑选方法应用研究

摘要 文章对几种可用于金属氢化物-镍电池一致性挑选的方法进行了研究,并在实际生产中应用几种方法对电池进行挑选,挑选结果显示,几种方法的使用达到了预期目标,可以保证挑选后电池具有较好的一致性,满足高端串并联电池组的使用要求,提高了电池一致性和产品品质,有效杜绝安全和售后隐患。 In this paper,several selection methods for consistency of metal hydride-nickel battery were studied and they are applied for selecting batteries in actual productions.The results showed that the expected goals could be achieved so that the selected batteries were guaranteed to be with good consistency,which could meet the use requirements of high-end series and banked battery.As a result,the consistency of battery and product quality are improved as well as the hidden troubles of safety and after sale are eliminated effectively.
