稀土Ce对取向硅钢铸坯及热轧态组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 文章介绍了稀土Ce对取向硅钢铸坯组织及热轧态组织的影响。采用冷酸低倍及光学显微镜观察有无稀土铸坯及热轧态组织,对比分析稀土的作用。结果表明,稀土Ce可以改善取向硅钢铸坯组织,增加等轴晶比例,细化部分柱状晶。稀土Ce作为第二相粒子,起到钉扎作用,热轧时阻止晶粒过度长大,细化晶粒,使再结晶晶粒增多。 In this paper,the effects of rare earth Ce on the microstructure of slab and as-hot-rolled microstructure of oriented silicon steel are introduced.The cold acid and optical microscopy are used for observing whether there is slab with the rare earth and as-hot-rolled microstructure as well as comparing and analyzing the functions of rare earth.The results showed that the rare earth Ce could improve the microstructure of slab of oriented silicon steel,increase the ratio of equiaxed crystal and refine part of columnar crystal.As the second-phase particle,the rare earth Ce plays the role of pinning to prevent excessive growth of crystal grain during hot rolling,refine crystal grain and make the recrystallized grain increased.
