摘要
文章设计400 MPa级冷轧滑轨钢的化学成分,采用两套热轧和退火工艺进行试制,对钢卷的力学性能、金相组织和用户检测项目进行了对比分析,结果表明,采用低温卷取和低温退火工艺生产产品满足用户要求。
In this paper,it is introduced the design of chemical component for 400 MPa cold rolled slide steel as well as two hot rolling and annealing processes are adopted for trial production.Moreover,the mechanical properties,metallographic structure and test items of customers for steel coils were compared and analyzed.The final results showed that the products with low temperature coiling and low temperature annealing could satisfy the requirements of customers.
