机车用柴油机中冷器防漏报警装置

Leak-proof Alarm Device for Intercooler of Locomotive Diesel Engine

文章针对柴油机在使用过程中因检查不到位或中冷器突发严重泄漏,导致柴油机发生事故的问题,在机车上设计加装电源、报警系统等装置,同时在柴油机中冷器进气道内加装漏水检查器,监测柴油机中冷器是否发生泄漏,有效避免柴油机发生“水锤”事故。

In this paper,it is introduced such devices as the power supply and alarm system are designed and installed on locomotive to avoid the accidents of diesel engine caused by the unfulfillment of inspection or sudden serious leakage of intercooler during the operation of diesel engine.Meanwhile,a leakage detector is installed in the intake port of intercooler of diesel engine to monitor whether the intercooler is leaking or not so that the“water hammer”accident of diesel engine could be effectively avoided.
