焦炉煤气中含有大量腐蚀性气体,冷凝后在管道中积存难以排除,加重对管道的腐蚀而形成漏点,会导致能源浪费,严重时会发生火灾和爆炸。文章介绍了在不停气情况下焦炉煤气管道常规的临时堵漏方法,既省时省力,又相对经济实惠,安全性也能满足要求,值得同行们探讨、推广和借鉴。

The coke oven gas contains large amount of corrosive gas and it is difficult to be eliminated since it is accumulated in the pipeline after condensation.As a result,the corrosion of the pipeline is aggravated and the leak sources are formed so that the energy is wasted even the fire and explosion will occur.In this paper,several conventional temporary plugging methods for leak source of gas pipeline for coke oven under the condition of non-stop gas are introduced.The time and labor could be saved with them,they are relatively economical and practical as well as the safety can also meet the requirements,so they are worthy of discussing,promoting and referencing by fraternities.
