祛风化痰汤联合西药治疗急性缺血性中风疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Qufeng Huatan Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Acute Ischemic Stroke

[目的]观察祛风化痰汤联合西药治疗急性缺血性中风疗效。[方法]按照随机数字表法将88例急性缺血性中风患者分为对照组和治疗组各44例。对照组维持血压、血糖平稳,加用阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀、依达拉奉治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用祛风化痰汤。两组治疗6周后评价疗效,包括临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分、中医证候积分。[结果]总有效率治疗组95.45%高于对照组81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前NIHSS、ADL、中医证候积分两组无显著差异,具有可比性,治疗后观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]祛风化痰汤联合西药治疗急性缺血性中风,可提高临床疗效,改善神经功能,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Qufeng Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine on acute ischemic stroke.[Methods]Eighty-eight patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group maintained stable blood pressure and blood sugar,and was treated with aspirin,atorvastatin and edaravone.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Qufeng Huatan Decoction.After 6 weeks treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,including clinical efficacy,neurological deficit score,daily living ability score and TCM syndrome score.[Result]The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.45%,higher than that of the control group(81.82%,P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NIHSS,ADL and TCM syndromes score between the two groups before treatment,and the observation group’s was better than that of the control group after treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Qufeng Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy and neurological function in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,which is worthy of promotion.
