活血栓联合西药治疗肾虚湿热瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Huoxue Suppository combined with Western Medicine on Chronic Prostatitis of Kidney Deficiency,Damp Heat and Stasis Type

[目的]观察活血栓联合西药治疗肾虚湿热瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎疗效。[方法]将1000例患者按数字随机分组法分为观察组和对照组各500例。对照组盐酸环丙沙星,0.5 g/次,2次/d,塞来昔布,200 mg/次,1次/d。观察组自制活血栓:黄连、黄柏、桑寄生、杜仲、赤芍、丹参、冰片、青黛、牛膝,制成栓剂,每晚肛塞1粒;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周。观测临床症状、中医证候积分、NIH-CPSI评分、白细胞(WBC)计数。[结果]总有效率观察组总有效率99.00%高于对照组的84.60%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);NIH-CPSI评分明显低于对照组、WBC明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]活血栓联合西药治疗肾虚湿热瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎,疗效显著,能改善中医证候,提高前列腺功能,减轻尿道炎性刺激。

[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of Huoxue suppository combined with western medicine on chronic prostatitis of kidney deficiency,damp heat and stasis type.[Methods]1000 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the control group,ciprofloxacin hydrochloride,0.5 g/time,twice a day,celecoxib,200 mg/time,once a day.In the observation group,the suppository was made by Coptis,phellodendron,mulberry parasite,eucommia,red peony,Salvia miltiorrhiza,borneol,indigo naturalis and Achyranthes bidentata,and one suppository was inserted into the anus every night;the western medicine treatment was the same as the control group.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome score,NIH-CPSI score and WBC count were observed.[Results]the total effective rate of the observation group was 99.00%higher than that of the control group(84.60%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the NIH-CPSI score was significantly lower than that of the control group and WBC was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Huoxue suppository combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of chronic prostatitis of kidney deficiency,dampness and heat stasis type.It can improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the prostate function and relieve the irritation of urethritis.
