摘要
[目的]探究益肺平喘汤对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿免疫功能及炎症因子水平的影响。[方法]本研究对象为2018年1月-2019年1月就诊于河南省内黄县妇幼保健院的100例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,按随机数字表法分组。对照组50例采用常规西医孟鲁司特钠片治疗,在此基础上,观察组50例采用益肺平喘汤治疗。比较两组的免疫功能、肺功能和炎症因子水平。[结果]治疗2个月后,观察组的T淋巴细胞CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+高于对照组,T淋巴细胞CD8+低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)高于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、IL-5、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]益肺平喘汤可以提高咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的免疫功能,改善其肺功能,降低炎症因子水平,促进患儿康复。
[Objective]To explore the effect of Yifei Pingchuan Decoction on immune function and inflammatory factors in children with cough variant asthma.[Methods]The subjects of this study were 100 children with cough variant asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.They were divided according to the random number table.Fifty children in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine montelukast sodium tablets.On this basis,50 children in the observation group were treated with Yifei Pingchuan Decoction.The levels of immune function,lung function and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.[Results]After 2 months treatment,CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ of T lymphocytes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^+ of T lymphocytes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of TNF-α,IL-4,IL-5 and ECP were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Yifei Pingchuan Decoction can improve the immune function of children with cough variant asthma,improve their lung function,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and promote the recovery of children.
