通脉养心丸联合美托洛尔对冠心病心绞痛血管内皮功能的影响

Effect of Tongmai Yangxin Pill Combined with Metoprolol on Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients with Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

[目的]探讨冠心病心绞痛使用通脉养心丸联合美托洛尔对其血管内皮功能的影响。[方法]选取2018年2月-2019年1月某院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者共78例作为研究对象,根据随机对照原则分为两组,各39例。对照组使用美托洛尔,观察组则联合通脉养心丸,经过2个月治疗后,对比两组血管内皮功能、心功能指标及不良反应。[结果]观察组治疗后NO、LVEF指标较对照组高,ET-1、LVESD、LVEDD指标较对照组低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]冠心病心绞痛使用通脉养心丸联合美托洛尔治疗,可改善血管内皮功能,恢复心功能,且未明显增加不良反应发生率。

[Objective]To study the effect of Tongmaixin Pill combined with metoprolol on vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease.[Methods]Seventy-eight patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects.According to the principles of randomized control,there were 39 cases in each group.In the control group,metoprolol was used,and the observation group combined with Tongmai Yangxin Pill.After 2 months treatment,the vascular endothelial function,cardiac function index and adverse reaction were compared.[Results]After treatment,the levels of NO and LVEF were higher in the observation group than those in the control group.ET1,LVESD and LV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Tongmai Yangxin Pill combined with metoprolol can improve vascular endothelial function and restore cardiac function,and does not significantly increase the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
