大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗高脂血症的临床研究

Effect of Dachaihu decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill on hyperlipidemia

[目的]探讨大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗高脂血症的效果。[方法]选取医院于2016年10月-2018年10月间收治的高脂血症患者88例,以随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组各44例。对照组给予常规治疗方法(辛伐他汀分散片+非诺贝特胶囊口服),观察组在对照组的基础上,给予大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸口服治疗,对比两组接受56d治疗后的中医证候、TC(总胆固醇)、TG(甘油三酯)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)。[结果]经过56 d治疗后观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平以及中医证候评分明显低于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学价值(P<0.05)。[结论]大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸对于高脂血症治疗效果显著,可有效降低高血脂患者TC(总胆固醇)、TG(甘油三酯)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)水平,改善中医证候,相较于西医疗法,大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸有缓消瘤块、温经通络、健壮脾脏的效果,且更能稳定患者病情,降低不良事件发生概率,建议临床治疗根据患者的实际情况选用大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸。

[Objective]To explore the effect of Dachaihu decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill on hyperlipidemia.[Methods]88 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were divided into observation group and control group with random number table method,44 in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment(simvastatin dispersible tablets+fenofibrate capsule),the control group was given Dachaihu decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill on the basis of the observation group,compared with the two groups after 56 days of treatment of TCM syndrome,TC(total cholesterol),TG(triglyceride),LDL-C(low density lipoprotein cholesterol).[Results]after 56 days of treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the treatment effectiveness rate was higher than that in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Dachaihu decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling pill has a significant therapeutic effect on hyperlipidemia.It can effectively reduce the levels of TC(total cholesterol),TG(triglyceride),LDL-C(low density lipoprotein cholesterol)in patients with hyperlipidemia,and improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.Compared with western medicine,Dachaihu Decoction Combined with Guizhi Fuling pill has the effect of slowing down tumor block,warming meridians and dredging collaterals,and strengthening spleen,and is more stable.It is suggested that Dachaihu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling pill should be selected according to the actual situation of patients.
