自拟消喘方联合西药治疗肺肾两虚型支气管哮喘疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 80 Cases of Bronchial Asthma Treated by Self-made Xiaochuan Prescription Combined with Western Medicine

[目的]探讨自拟消喘方联合西药治疗支气管哮喘的效果。[方法]将80例支气管哮喘患者分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,观察组加用自拟消除方。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能,免疫功能。[结果]观察组有效率97.5%、FEV1(2.50±0.82)L、FEV1(85.36±11.62)%、FVC(84.58±12.51)%、CD4^+(43.26±6.18)%、CD8^+(29.85±5.46)%、CD4^+/CD8^+(1.35±0.52)%。对照组治疗有效率为85%、FEV1(1.93±0.91)L、FEV1(72.54±11.57)%、FVC(74.18±11.53)%、CD4+(52.83±7.35)%、CD8^+(27.15±5.31)%、CD4^+/CD8^+(2.09±0.96)%。两组数据对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟消喘方联合西药治疗支气管哮喘疗效显著,可改善免疫功能,提高肺功能,值得推广。

[Objective]To explore the effect of Self-made Xiaochuan Prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma.[Method]Eighty patients with bronchial asthma were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each.The control group was treated with salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhalation,while the observation group was treated with Self-made Xiaochuan Prescription.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function and immune function of the two groups were compared.[Result]In the observation group,the effective rate was 97.5%.FEV1 was(2.50±0.82)L.FEV1%was(85.36±11.62)%.FVC was(85.36±11.62)%.CD4 was(43.26±6.18)%.CD8 was(29.85±5.46)%.CD4/CD8 was 1.35±0.52.In the control group,the effective rate was 85%.FEV1(1.93±0.91)L.FEV1%was(72.54±11.57)%.FVC was(74.18±11.53)%.CD4 was(52.83±7.35)%and CD8 was(27.15±5.31)%.CD4/CD8 was 2.09±0.96.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The Self-Made Xiaochuan Prescription combined with western medicine has remarkable curative effect on bronchial asthma and can improve immune and lung function,worthy of popularizing.
