足三里穴位注射胃复安治疗急性胃肠炎致呕吐的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Zusanli Acupoint Injection of Metoclopramide on Vomiting Due to Acute Gastroenteritis

[目的]分析足三里穴位注射胃复安治疗急性胃肠炎致呕吐的临床疗效。[方法]选取2017年4月-2018年9月于我院诊治的急性胃肠炎患者90例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予单纯的胃复安肌肉注射治疗,观察组采用足三里穴位注射胃复安治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后症状评分及症状消失时间,分析其疗效。[结果]①观察组治疗总有效率97.73%,高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组治疗前呕吐、腹痛症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后呕吐、腹痛症状评分观察组为(0.66±0.32)分、(0.86±0.33)分,低于对照组的(1.08±0.56)分、(1.16±0.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组腹痛、呕吐症状缓解时间分别为(10.33±5.62)h、(11.02±5.33)h,均短于对照组的(15.39±3.87)h、(18.39±5.41)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④不良反应发生率观察组为6.67%,对照组为8.89%,发生率接近,并且都很低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]足三里穴位注射胃复安治疗急性胃肠炎致呕吐患者可有效缓解患者呕吐症状,起效时间快,可在短时间内改善患者临床症状,其临床疗效显著,并且操作简单安全性高,值得应用。

[Objective]To analyze the clinical efficacy of Zusanli(ST36)acupoint injection of metoclopramide in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis caused by vomiting.[Methods]Ninety patients with acute gastroenteritis who were treated in our hospital from April to May 20,2017 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,with 45 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given a simple intramuscular injection of metoclopramide,and the observation group was treated with Zusanli(ST36)acupoint injection of metoclopramide.The total effective rate of the two groups,the symptom scores before and after treatment,and the time of disappearance of symptoms were compared,and the curative effect was analyzed.[Results]1.The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.56%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the scores of vomiting and abdominal pain before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of vomiting and abdominal pain after treatment were 0.66±0.32 and 0.86±0.33,which were lower than those of the control group(1.08±0.56 and 1.16±0.52).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The remission time of abdominal pain and vomiting in the observation group were(10.33±5.62)h and(11.02±5.33)h,respectively,which were shorter than those of the control group[(15.39±3.87)h,(18.39±5.41)h].The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%in the observation group and 8.89%in the control group.The incidence was close and low,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Zusanli(ST36)acupoint injection of metoclopramide can effectively relieve vomiting symptoms in patients with acute gastroenteritis and vomiting.It has a fast onset time and can improve clinical symptoms in a short period of time.The clinical effect is remarkable,and the operation is simple and safe,worthy of applying.
