中医穴位按摩护理对肺癌晚期疼痛控制及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of Chinese Medicine Acupoint Massage Nursing on Pain Control and Sleep Quality in Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

[目的]探究中医穴位按摩护理对肺癌中晚期疼痛控制及睡眠质量的影响。[方法]选取2017年3月-2019年3月于郑州大学第二附属医院诊治的210例中晚期肺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各105例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施中医穴位按摩护理。对比两组护理后疼痛控制评分及睡眠质量评分。[结果]两组护理后BPI及睡眠质量评分均有所改善,其中,观察组患者BPI评分(2.41±0.94)分,PSQI综合评分(6.92±1.78)分,对照组患者BPI评分(4.04±1.08)分,PSQI综合评分(10.94±2.06)分,观察组患者的BPI及睡眠质量评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]实施中医穴位按摩护理可有效缓解肺癌中晚期患者的疼痛感,利于改善睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective]To explore the effect of Chinese medicine acupoint massage nursing on pain control and sleep quality in patients with advanced lung cancer.[Methods]A total of 210 patients with advanced lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from March to May 20,2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 105 patients in each group.The control group used routine nursing,and the observation group implemented traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The post-treatment pain control scores and sleep quality scores were compared between the two groups.[Results]The BPI and sleep quality scores of the two groups improved after treatment.Among them,the BPI score was 2.41±0.94 and the PSQI score was 6.92±1.78 of the control group and the BPI score was 4.04±1.08 and the PSQI score was 10.94±2.06 in the observation group.The BPI and sleep quality scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage nursing can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with advanced lung cancer,and it is beneficial to improve the quality of sleep.It is worthy of clinical application.
