Research Progress on Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Based on Trigger Point Theory

神经根型颈椎病是颈椎病中发病率最高的一种类型,是因神经根受压所致的一类颈椎病。从扳机点理论出发,探究神经根型颈椎病的病理机制。发掘近6年来,基于扳机点理论治疗神经根型颈椎病的相关研究,对运用扳机点理论治疗神经根型颈椎病的相关研究进展进行综述。为推广扳机点理论和神经根型颈椎病的治疗提供参考和借鉴。

Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)is a type of cervical spondylopathy with the highest incidence rate.It is a kind of cervical spondylopathy caused by nerve root compression.Based on the trigger point theory,the pathologic mechanism of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type was investigated.In the past 6 years,the author reviewed the research progress of treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy based on the trigger point theory.It provides the reference for the promotion of trigger point theory and the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.
