摘要
10 kV备自投装置负荷均分功能对保证供电可靠性具有重要意义。但在目前广泛应用的10 kV备自投装置中,其负荷均分功能仍存在动作模式单一、动作逻辑不够灵活以及可能导致母线失压的缺陷。本文以3台主变带4段母线的110 kV变电站为例,介绍了国内主流10 kV备自投装置负荷均分逻辑的充电条件及动作条件,探讨了该逻辑存在的优缺点,并对该逻辑中有可能导致母线失压的缺陷进行优化。通过在负荷均分逻辑中加入"先合后分"控制字定值,使备自投装置可以根据当前变电站的参数以及运行工况合理选择负荷均分逻辑,对保障用户用电可靠性有一定的参考意义。
The load sharing function of 10 kV spare power automatic switching is of great significance to ensuring the reliability of power supply.But problems still exist in the load sharing function of 10 kV spare power automatic switching equipment widely applied at present,including the single action mode,the inflexible action logic and the defects that may cause the busbar voltage failure and so on.A 110 kV substation with three transformers and four section busbars is taken as an example to introduce the charging conditions and operation conditions of the load sharing logic of main 10 kV spare power automatic switching equipment in China.Advantages and disadvantages of the logic are discussed and the defects that may cause the busbar voltage failure in the logic are optimized.The "closing before opening" control word setting is added in the load sharing logic so that the spare power automatic switching equipment can reasonably select the load sharing logics based on the current parameters and operation conditions in substations,thus improving the power supply reliability for users.
