摘要
针对广西涠洲岛供电能力不足、可靠性低等问题,从孤网运行和联网运行两个方向,分别拟定了不联网仅新建岛上电源、新建海缆联网+储能、新建岛上电源+海缆联网等3种供电方案。通过对这3个方案的供电能力、供电可靠性、投资经济性比较和电价等方面进行比较,最终给出推荐方案。相关研究成果可为解决涠洲岛供电紧张问题、保障未来电力供应提供参考。
Aimed at solving problems of insufficient p>ower supply capacity and low reliability on Weizhou Island in Guangxi,three power supply schemes are proposed by taking into consideration both grid Interconnection operation and islanded operation,namely construction of new power supply sources on the island,construction of new grid interconnections with submarine cables and energy storage facilities,and construction of new grid interconnections with submarine cables and power supply sources on the island.By comparison of the three schemes from aspects of power supply capacity,power supply reliability,investment economy and electricity price and so on,the final scheme is recommended.The relevant research results can provide a reference for solving the problem of power shortages on Weizhou island and ensuring future power supply.
