双丙酮丙烯酰胺改性海藻酸盐对GP-CS可注射水凝胶温敏性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用自由接枝共聚法,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)改性的海藻酸钠(SA),制得海藻酸钠-双丙酮丙烯酰胺(SA-DAAM)共聚物,与壳聚糖(CS)、β-甘油磷酸钠(GP)共混在37℃中温敏相变后,形成GP-CS-SADAAM复合水凝胶。同理,将GP-CS与未改性的海藻酸钠(SA)共混制成一系列的GP-CS-SA复合水溶胶,考察物料比(GP-CS与SA质量比;GP-CS与SA-DAAM质量比)对复合凝胶于37℃中凝胶化时间、复合凝胶微观形貌、热稳定性、平衡溶胀率和降解性能的影响。结果表明:GP-CS-SA-DAAM复合凝胶较GP-CS-SA复合凝胶凝胶化时间短,微观孔隙结构更发达,二者之间的热稳定性无显著差异。GP-CS-SA-DAAM复合凝胶的平衡溶胀率低于GP-CS-SA复合凝胶,而残留率高于GP-CS-SA复合凝胶,说明GP-CS-SA-DAAM复合凝胶较GP-CS-SA复合凝胶更具有可注射优势。 Copolymer sodium alginate-Diacetone acrylamide(SA-DAAM) was prepared by graft copolymerization,by using potassium persulfate as the initiator and using diacetone acrylamide(DAAM) to hydrophobically modify sodium alginate(SA). A kind of composite thermo-sensitive GP-CS-SA-DAAM hydrogel was prepared by at 37℃ using chitosan(CS) and sodium glycerophosphate(GP),blended with SA-DAAM. Meanwhile, a kind of composite thermo-sensitive GP-CS-SA hydrogel was prepared by at 37℃ using chitosan(CS) and sodium glycerophosphate(GP), blended with SA. The effects of material ratio(the mass ratio of GP-CS and SA;the mass ratio of GP-CS and SA-DAAM)on gelation time, micromorphology, thermal stability, equilibrium swelling and degradation performance were investigated. The GP-CS-SA-DAAM composite gel had shorter gelation time than GP-CS-SA composite gel. The microscopic pore structure of GP-CS-SA-DAAM composite gel was more developed than GP-CS-SA composite gel. Moreover,the thermogravimetric analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the thermal stability of GP-CS-SA-DAAM composite hydrogel and GP-CS-SA composite hydrogel. The equilibrium swelling ratio of GP-CS-SA-DAAM composite gel was lower than that of GP-CS-SA composite gel. The residual ratio of GP-CS-SA-DAAM composite gel was higher than GP-CS-SA composite gel.The GP-CS-SA-DAAM composite gel was more injectable than the GP-CS-SA composite gel.
