Development Status of Kindergarten Teachers' Curriculum Awareness and Strategies for Improvement

摘要 本研究采用问卷调查法了解幼儿园教师课程意识发展水平,发现幼儿园教师课程意识整体处于中等偏上水平,但各维度发展仍存在一定问题.建议幼儿园建立开放民主的管理制度,增强教师课程主体意识;提供持续的专业支持,促进教师课程意识与行为的统一;建立课程审议机制,提升教师课程反思能力;提供多样化的物质支持,提升教师课程资源整合能力;建立发展性评价机制,激发教师主动提升课程评价意识. Using questionnaire,the researcher investigated the development of kindergarten teachers’curriculum awareness and found that it is generally above the medium level with some problems in various dimensions.It is suggested that kindergartens should set up open and democratic administration system to improve their subject of awareness;professional support should be provided continuously to promote the integration of teachers'curriculum awareness and their behavior;curriculum deliberation mechanism should be set up to improve teachers'curriculum reflection ability;various types of material support should be provided to improve teachers'ability to integrate curriculum resources;developmental assessment mechanism should be set up to stimulate teachers'awareness of curriculum assessment.
