我国矿产资源储量信息披露标准制定研究

矿产资源储量披露标准是建立矿业资本市场的基础。经过详细分析国内外矿产资源资源储量信息披露标准现状,结合实际,提出了制定我国矿产资源储量信息披露标准的构想。新标准在我国现有标准基础上,遵循CRIRSCO标准要求,形成既符合我国国情,又与CRIRSCO标准兼容的国际化标准。新标准将与现有地质勘查标准一起构成更为完善的标准体系,为我国矿业融入国际市场、保障国家资源安全提供支撑。

The reporting standard of mineralresources and mineral reserves is the basis of a mining capital market.After investigating the domestic and international situations,a new standard of China was designed with a consideration on the reality of China.This new standard is compatible with the current geological standards of China and the CRIRSCO template.It is an international standard and consistent with the domestic reality as well.As a result,an improved geological standard system is built,with the component of the new standard and the existing geological standards of China.This standard system will provide a basis for mining companies entering the international market and guarantee the national mineral resources safety.
