2株鸽源沙门氏菌病原的分离鉴定及诊治分析

Isolation,identification,diagnosis and treatment of two Salmonella strains isolated from pigeon

为探究引起山东两个规模化养鸽场种鸽死亡病原,本研究成功从两鸽场中各分离到一株革兰氏阴性菌,并进行纯化、PCR鉴定、药敏试验及血清型鉴定试验。结果显示,成功分离出的2株分离菌的16S rRNA片段测序确定均为沙门氏菌,两株沙门氏菌的药敏结果存在一定差异,但均对头孢类、氨基糖苷类及四环素类等敏感;分子血清分型试验结果表明2株分离菌均为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌。经治疗后死亡情况得到控制,该研究结果为鸽沙门氏菌病的流行及防治提供思路和参考。

In order to study the pathogenic conditions of pigeons in two large-scale pigeon farms in Shandong Province,one isolate was successfully isolated from each pigeon farm by liver isolation,purification,PCR identification,drug sensitivity test and serotype identification test.The 16S rRNA fragments of two isolates were sequenced and determined to be Salmonella.There were some differences in drug sensitivity results of two isolates,but they were all for cephalosporins and ammonia The results of molecular serotyping showed that the two strains were Salmonella typhimurium.After treatment,the death situation was controlled.The results of this study provide reference for the epidemic and prevention of pigeon salmonellosis.
