摘要
本研究收集到家园冲突案例268个,运用Nvivo11质性分析软件对案例进行编码和分析。结果发现,(1)家园冲突主要分为责任争议型、教育理念分歧—干扰型、缺乏信任型、缺乏配合型、复合型等五种类型,其中,责任争议型在家园冲突类型中占比最大。(2)家园冲突的原因有教师的责任边界被扩大、教师专业权威受到冲击、家长对教师的行为存在"非善意推论"和教师平衡各方诉求有难度等。为此,研究者认为应当加强相关立法,确认家园之间各自的责任边界;幼儿园教师应当提升人际互动的敏感度与应对能力;幼儿园管理者应当关注幼儿园教师的人际互动压力并给予支持。
This study collected 268 family-kindergarten conflict cases,and then used Nvivo qualitative analysis software to analyze the cases.The results show that:(1)the major conflicts are responsibility dispute,conflict in educational ideas-interference,lack of trust,lack of cooperation,and mixture;of which responsibility dispute occupies the highest percentage;(2)the major reasons include expansion of teachers’responsibility,challenge on teachers’professional authority,parents’"non-goodwill interpretation"of teachers’behavior,and difficulty of balancing requirements of all parties by teachers.Therefore,researchers suggest to make laws and regulations,clarify the boundary between responsibility of parents and kindergartens;teachers should be more sensible to interaction with parents and improve their ability to deal with different situations;kindergarten administration should care about the pressure teachers feel in interaction with parents and provide necessary support.
