“新工科”大学生职业生涯规划现状及对策研究——基于山东大学“新工科”大学生调查

Study on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Career Planning of“New Engineering”College Students--Based on the Research of New Engineering Students in Shandong University

当前,经济与高科技知识含量产业的高速发展,为新一轮"新工科"人才的就业提供良好的发展机遇。在此背景下,大学生职业发展与就业指导课程改革成为"新工科"学生培养计划中不可或缺的一环,因此,本研究基于问卷调查与数据分析,总结山东大学学生对职业生涯规划的现状和存在的问题,以期从理论层面为大学生就业指导课程的教学改革提出建设性意见。

At present,the rapid development of economy and high-tech industries has provided expecting development opportunities for the new engineering students in the new round of employment.In this context,the reform of college students’ career development and employment guidance courses has become an indispensable part of the new engineering student cultivation plan.Therefore,based on the questionnaire survey and data analysis,the status quo and present problems of career planning for students at Shandong University are summarized.This paper aims to put forward constructive suggestions for the teaching reform of the employment guidance course for college students from a theoretical level.
