当前,建筑工程行业高速发展,行业内的竞争压力也越来越大,一个建筑企业要想实现稳定有序的企业发展,并且在激烈的行业竞争中取得一定的竞争优势,就必须要保障工程项目建设的经济效益。由于工程项目建设施工的特殊性质,在各个环节都需要做好造价成本的管理和控制,这样才可以有效的控制工程项目整体的施工建设成本,确保工程项目的经济效益的实现。当前,对于工程项目的造价管理已经有了比较大的进步,但是也还存在着一系列的问题影响了成本管理工作的质量。
