摘要
Objective:To explore the regularity and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine decoction for the treatment of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome(AIDS)Methods:CNKI,VIP,CBM,Wanfang database and Pubmed were searched to identify potentially eligible studies on clinical observation of Chinese medicine for AIDS.Association rules and hierarchical cluster analysis were conducted.Results:It found that the high-frequency drugs were licorice,ginseng,astragalus and Scutellaria baicalensis,which accounted for more than 56.17%of the total frequency,and the most common combination of drugs was found based on association rules between high-frequency drugs.According to the meridian,the drugs associated with the spleen meridian were used most,followed by the drugs associated with lung,heart,stomach,liver and kidney meridian,which accounted for 61.12%of the total frequency of drugs associated with meridian.Conclusion:The etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS mainly include deficiency of lung and spleen qi,deficiency of liver and kidney,and yin deficiency.It has an important value for the treatment of AIDS with traditional Chinese medicine.
