摘要
新一轮科技产业革命与新军事变革交错推进,我国面临越来越复杂多变的国际形势,国防科研创新体系建设亟待创新与变革。高校作为国家开展基础研究的重要基地,既是国防建设环节战略性、前沿性、颠覆性技术的重要发源地,也是未来军事科技发展的重要力量。本文在此背景下,对我国军工与国防科研创新体系建设展开思考,进而提出相应对策建议。
The new round of scientific and technological industrial revolution and the new military transformation are intertwined.The international situation is increasingly com plex and changeable.The construction of a national defense scientific research and innovation system urgently needs innovation and reform.As an important base for basic research in the country,colleges and universities are not only important birthplaces for strategic,frontier and subversive technologies in national defense construction,also important forces for the future development of military science and technology.Based this background,this paper discusses the construction of military industry and national defense scientific research innovation system in China,then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
