摘要
综合评价录取有利于高校选拔符合人才培养目标的优质生源,引导中学实施素质教育,也是新一轮高考改革的重要内容。基于南京工业大学2015—2017级1994名在校生的调查数据,使用二元Logit模型分析综合评价录取实施效果,研究表明:综合评价录取的学生比普通高考录取的学生在竞赛实践的参与和获奖方面更有优势,但主要来源于高中阶段的积累和延续;综合评价录取在选拔具有学科特长和创新潜质的人才方面成效显著,是招收优秀人才的有效途径,但缺乏对后续培养环节的关注跟进,导致学生的特长潜质发展受限。因此,高校应当聚焦学科开展选拔,精准提供个性培养并持续开展跟踪反馈,通过教育引导和环境支持来拓展提升综合评价录取学生的能力,达到实现综合评价录取的目的。
Comprehensive evaluation admission is conducive to the selection of suitable high-quality students for universities,guiding high schools to implement quality education.It is an important part of the new round of college entrance examination reform.Based on the survey data of 1994 students enrolled in 2015—2017 of Nanjing Tech University,using binary logit model to evaluate the effect of comprehensive evaluation admission,the research shows that the students enrolled by comprehensive evaluation have more advantages in the competition awards than the students enrolled by Gaokao,but these advantages mainly come from the accumulation and continuation of the high school stage.Comprehensive evaluation admission has significant effects in the selection of talents with disciplinary expertise and innovative potential,and is an effective way to enroll outstanding talents.But the lack of attention to follow-up training leads to limited development of students’specialty potential.Based on the above research results,universities should focus on subject,personalized training,tracking and feedback.Through education guidance and environmental support,universities can expand the quality of students,cultivate them into top talents,and achieve the purpose of comprehensive evaluation admission.
