Through sorting out the scoring methods of college entrance examinations or high school graduation certificates in Britain,the United States,Germany and Australia,it is found that these examinations all adopt a rank scoring system or a scaled scoring system.The rank standards are strictly defined and standardized,and the raw score conversion procedures and algorithm are scientific.These methods are of great significance and reference value to solve the scoring problem of the selected subjects in the ongoing comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination in China.
