摘要
随着经济的飞速发展,人们对生活质量有了更高的要求,食品安全问题也愈加堪忧,引起了广泛的关注。为了保障人们的生命安全和身体健康,必须采用有效的检测技术来检测食品的质量安全。与传统的食品检测方法相比较,人们更加关注利用各种现代生物技术对食品安全的检测。本文主要对常见的生物技术在食品检测中的应用进行综述。
When food safety worries the whole society as people demand higher living standard with economic development,effective technology for food testing has to be developed to ensure people's physical health and safety.In the paper below,a review on the application of some common biotechnology to food testing was offered to respond to the social concern about the introduction of modern biotechnology to food safety.
