基于FAHP的电网企业配电变压器供应商分级管理评价模型 被引量:5

摘要 针对目前电网企业有效管理配电变压器供应商困难,且管理成本高、差异化管理研究尚缺乏的现实情况,本文从设备全生命周期角度出发,构建了涵盖“采购阶段”,“入网运行阶段”及“退役报废阶段”的配电变压器供应商分级管理评价模型,模型具体含“供应商资质能力评价结果”、“设备到货抽检一次性通过率”、“设备专项抽检一次性通过率”、“设备缺陷率”、“设备重大缺陷率”、“设备缺陷事故率”及“资金回收比”等7个二级指标。在此基础上利用FAHP构建了模糊互补判断矩阵,确定了每项指标的权重,进行了一致性校验,结果良好.算例中对南方电网公司20家配电变压器供应商进行了分级排名,结果符合客观事实。电网企业可基于此对供应商进行差异化管理,提质增效。 In view of the current difficulties in the effective management of distribution transformer suppliers in power grid enterprises,the high management cost and the lack of research on differential management,this paper builds from the perspective of the equipment’s full life cycle to cover the " purchasing stage", " network access operation stage" and " decommissioning retirement stage" distribution transformer supplier hierarchical management evaluation model,The model includes 7 secondary indicators such as " supplier qualification evaluation results", " one-time pass rate of spot check for equipment arrival", " one-time pass rate of special spot check for equipment", " equipment defect rate", " equipment major defect rate", " equipment defect accident rate ", " Fund recovery ratio ".Based on this,a fuzzy complementary judgment matrix was constructed using FAHP,the weights of each index were determined,and consistency checks were performed with good results.In the calculation example,the 20 distribution transformer suppliers of China Southern Power Grid Corporation were ranked,and the results were in line with objective facts.Based on this,power grid enterprises can differentiate their suppliers to improve quality and efficiency.
