兰白城际铁路引入兰州站改扩建方案研究

A Study on the Reconstruction and Expansion Scheme of Lanzhou-Baiyin Intercity Railway Linking to Lanzhou Station

兰白城际铁路作为兰州站与中卫-兰州高速铁路之间便捷的联络线,可以实现兰州至白银、银川等地城际运输功能,完善兰州枢纽客运布局,引入兰州站改扩建方案对兰州铁路枢纽总图格局、兰州站接发能力及工程投资等都有较大影响。根据兰州铁路枢纽既有铁路现状,结合兰州铁路枢纽总图规划进行兰州站客运量预测,分析兰州站主要作业内容、作业量和存在问题,探讨兰白城际铁路引入兰州站改扩建方案,从运输组织、实施难度和工程投资等方面比选分析,推荐采用兰白城际与兰渝线按线路别引入兰州站方案,对兰州站扩建规模、改扩建方案、咽喉区改扩建方案进行研究。

As a convenient link between Lanzhou Railway Station and Zhongwei-Lanzhou HighSpeed Railway, Lanzhou-Baiyin Intercity Railway can realize the intercity transportation function from Lanzhou to Baiyin, Yinchuan and other places and improve the passenger transport layout of Lanzhou terminal. The introduction of Lanzhou Station reconstruction and expansion plan has a great impact on the general layout of Lanzhou railway terminal, station receiving and dispatching capacity, and project investment. According to the current situation of the existing railway in Lanzhou Railway Hub, combining with the general layout planning and the forecast data of the passenger traffic volume of Lanzhou Railway Station, this paper analyzes the main operation content, the operation volume and the existing main problems of the station, focuses on the study of the scheme of linking Lanzhou-Baiyin Intercity Railway into Lanzhou Station by the line type and direction type, and analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages from the aspects of transportation organization, implementation difficulty and project investment. This paper recommends to adopt the scheme of branch line type introduction and to study the expansion scale, layout scheme and throat area renovation plan of the station.
