地方医学院校本科人才培养的策略分析

Strategies for cultivating undergraduate talents in local medical colleges and universities

“双一流”建设要求高校人才培养具备国际竞争力。一方面,地方医学院校人才培养在师资等相关资源上的压力逐步增加,但另一方面,人才培养标准的改变也为地方医学院校的改革带来了全新的历史机遇。文章在分析地方医学院校本科人才培养现状的基础上,提出以师资建设为突破口,以竞争力提升为目标,激活地方高校的高水平人才培养体系。

International competitiveness of talent cultivation in colleges and universities should be promoted in“double first-rate”construction.The pressure of teaching faculty and related resources in local medical colleges and universities is increasing,whereas the change of talent standards has also brought historical opportunities for the promotion of local medical colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the present situation of undergraduate talent cultivation,and puts forward suggestions on the cultivation system of high-level talents in local medical colleges and universities,with teaching faculty construction as the breakthrough and competitiveness promotion as the goal.
