摘要
针对煤矿铲板式搬运车传动系统输入传动轴抖动、异响、甚至断裂等问题,分析了故障原因,通过设计传动抬高箱,减小了传动轴的运转角,优化了车辆的传动系统;并利用有限元分析平台,校核了抬高箱箱体的结构强度。实际工程应用表明,抬高箱使用性能可靠,解决了车辆现有问题,具有推广应用价值。
Aiming at the vibration,abnormal noise and even fracture of the input transmission shaft of the driving system of the shovel plate transporter in the coal mine,analyzed the causes of the failure,through the design of the transmission heightening gearbox,reduced the rotation angle of the transmission shaft,optimized the transmission system of the vehicle,and used the finite element analysis platform to check the structural strength of the heightening gearbox. The practical engineering application shows that the performance of the heightening gearbox is reliable,the existing problems of the vehicle were solved,and it has the value of popularization and application.
