摘要
针对目前大孔径定向钻机在实际使用过程中存在下放孔底马达不便、更换夹持器卡瓦耗时耗力的具体情况,设计了一种大通径对顶式上开放夹持器,并对该夹持器的夹持力进行理论计算,确定出夹持油缸的缸径;通过计算,对关键受力部件进行了强度校核,对容易造成变形失效的部件进行了仿真校核。
In view of the current situation of the large-diameter directional drilling rig in the actual use process,there is a inconvenience of lowering the bottom hole motor,and the time-consuming and laborintensive situation of replacing the gripper slip. A opposite gripper with large-diameter and top open was designed. The clamping force of the gripper was theoretically calculated to determine the cylinder bore of the clamping cylinder;through calculation,the strength of the critical force-bearing components was checked,and the components that were prone to deformation failure were simulated and checked.
