新型复合技术动力头的设计研究

摘要 现有动力头胶套卡盘的工作特点是同时承担扭矩传递、夹持钻具和轴向载荷等,胶套长时间处于高压、高负荷下工作。为了提高动力头胶套卡盘寿命,减缓配油套负荷,提出新型复合技术动力头的结构设计及工作原理,以分解卡盘载荷,扭矩传递和轴向载荷传递由其他机械结构件与动力头主轴分担,胶套卡盘只承受夹持钻具载荷。复合协同承担打钻载荷的新型技术原理,使胶套处于低压低载荷状态下工作,从而提高胶套寿命、减少胶套更换频次、提高生产效率;降低配油套配油压力、减小泄漏量、提高其工作效率。通过ZYW4000型钻机采用新型复合技术动力头进行样机试验,按新操作流程,实际测定分析卡盘胶套工作时间(胶套寿命)提高了5倍以上。 The working characteristics of the current power head rubber jacket chuck, which bears the transmission of torque, clamping drill tools and axial load at the same time, and the rubber jacket works under high pressure and high load for a long time. In order to improve the service life of power head rubber jacket chuck and reduce the load of oil distribution jacket,the structure design and working principle of the power head of the new composite technology were put forward to decompose the chuck load. Torque transfer and axial load transfer are shared by other mechanical components and the main shaft of the power head. The chuck of the rubber sleeve only bears the load of the clamping drilling tool. The combination of the two technologies completes the new technical principle of drilling load and keeps the rubber sleeve in position. Work under low pressure and low load condition, so as to improve the life of rubber sleeve, reduce the frequency of rubber sleeve replacement, improve production efficiency, reduce the oil distribution pressure of oil distribution sleeve, reduce leakage and improve its working efficiency. Through the test of ZYW4000 type drilling rig with a new composite technology power head prototype, according to the new operation process, the actual measurement and analysis of chuck rubber sleeve working time(rubber sleeve life) more than 5 times.
