摘要
为满足普通常规液压系统的要求,丰富CY柱塞泵的应用范围,提高其市场竞争力,在不考虑流量随负载需要自动调整的条件下,提出一种新型的电液比例柱塞泵,靠外控油压来控制变量机构,并利用输入比例电磁铁的电流大小来改变泵的流量,实现输入电流与泵的流量成比例关系。利用AMESim建立仿真模型,探讨转速、负载、电磁铁输入电流、外控流量对泵出口流量的影响。
In order to meet the requirements of the common conventional hydraulic system, enrich the application range of CY piston pump and improve its market competitiveness,proposed a new type of electro-hydraulic proportional piston pump without considering the automatic adjustment of flow rate with load. The external control oil pressure was used to control the variable mechanism, and the current of the input proportional electromagnet was used to change the flow rate of the pump, so that the input current is proportional to the flow rate of the pump. AMESim was used to establish a simulation model to explore how the speed, load, electromagnet input current, and external control flow affect the pump outlet flow.
