摘要
介绍了采煤机导向滑靴在俯采工况使用过程中存在的问题,并对暴露出来的问题运用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行了静力学分析,结合力学分析结果提出合理化建议,为导向滑靴薄弱部位的优化设计提供理论基础,从而提高导向滑靴在复杂地质条件下的适应性与可靠性。
Introduced the problems existing in the use of the shearer′ s guide shoe under ploughing mining conditions. ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to carry out the static analysis of the leaked problems. Rationalization suggestions were put forward based on the mechanical analysis results. For the optimal design of weak parts,provides a theoretical basis to improve the adaptability and reliability of the guiding shoe under complex geological conditions.
