摘要 针对2K-H(NGW)行星齿轮传动系统,利用点驱动绘制齿轮齿廓并建立行星齿轮箱模型。在ADAMS中分别建立正常工况、太阳轮单齿磨损工况模型并进行动力学仿真分析。仿真结果与理论值、试验结果分别进行对比,验证了构建模型的准确性和可靠性。经过验证的行星齿轮模型可以模拟实际工作中多种故障工况,研究结果对行星轮系虚拟样机仿真方法、振动特性及故障预判等后续研究具有一定的指导意义。 Aiming at 2K-H(NGW) planetary gear transmission system,the gear tooth profile was drawn by point drive,and the model of planetary gearbox was established. The normal condition and the sun gear single tooth wear condition models were established in ADAMS and the dynamic simulation analysis were carried out. The simulation results were compared with the theoretical and experimental results,and the accuracy and reliability of the construction were verified. The validated planetary gear model can simulate various fault conditions in the actual operation,and the research results have certain guiding significance to the simulation method of the virtual prototype of the planetary gear train,the vibration characteristic and the fault pre-judgment.
