箱形结构弹塑性弯曲下中性层位置及偏移规律

Position and Deviation Rule of Neutral Layer under Elastoplastic Bending of Box-structure

摘要 基于平面假设研究了金属箱形结构弹塑性弯曲下中性层的偏移规律,提出了中性层位置的计算方法,并与实验结果进行了对比分析,结果表明:对称箱形结构在弹塑性变形阶段,随着弯曲半径增大,中性轴到原点的距离减小,中性层向下偏移;非对称箱形结构,中性轴与z轴的夹角逐渐减小,中性轴发生转动。计算结果与实验值误差小于5%,验证了新方法的准确性和可靠性。 Based on plane assumption,deviation rule of neutral layer under elastoplastic bending of metal box-structure was studied,and a new method for calculating the location over elastoplastic neutral layer of box-structure was proposed,and the results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that in the elastic-plastic deformation stage of symmetric box-structure,the distance from neutral axis to origin decreases and the neutral layer moves downward with the increase of bending radius. In the asymmetric box-structure,the angle between the neutral axis and z-axis reduces gradually,and the neutral axis rotates. The results demonstrate that the error between the calculated results and the experimental values is less than 5%,suggesting that the new method has high accuracy and reliability.
